Exquisite corpse Fahrenheit 451 (Eduardo Gòmez)

Fahrenheit 451, a book written in the 50s by Brad Bradbury and adapted to cinema by Francois Truffaut in the 60s, is about a society in which reading is forbidden and, Montag, one of the main characters, discovers a new world thorough reading although he is part of the repression and his responsibility should be to burn books.

In the film there is a short dialogue that proofs it: “-What are you doing with that book?

-I need to read it, let me alone!

The Characters represent very well a fictional depressed and conformist society in a regime. Otherwise, it is necessary to say that the main actor did not convince contrary to the main actress that was admirable for her two roles.

The scenes were recorded in common places and station was normal but about special effects I have to say that, while watching the movie, people in class thought the film was overloaded with effects. Besides, the music was mainly related to the action scenes.

In my view the book was more interesting than the movie even if I have not read all the book. Although, I have to admit the movie has a nice purpose because its topic and the reason I did not like it was because it is very old.
